SubjectFinal Exam Conflicts

AnnouncementFor the Final exam, the students who have another final at the same time can enter the exam at 14:45 (they will not allowed to exit before 16:45). These students must send to "2xx@ceng.metu.edu.tr" an e-mail containing their id and the conflicting exam. At the examination day, they must come to the coordinator's office at 14:40. (Computer Engineering Building - B-201). Exam place will be announced there.

Lab section change requests will be handled on Friday, 13/03/2009.

The changes will only be accepted if your lab section overlaps with another course of yours.

You will need to bring an official document from your advisor or that course’s instructor in order to change your lab section.

Announcement

· There are four types of course registrations.

· Please decide which class your situation belongs to and register accordingly.

· Registration Type: Use OIBS to register.

I. - Those that need the course in order to graduate.

Registration Range: Only Monday

II. - All students who have received F and want to take the course again.

Registration Range: Tuesday – Wednesday

III. - All students who have received D, and want to take the course again.

Registration Range: Wednesday

IV. – All other students.

Registration Range: Thursday – Friday

COURSE SECTION-CHANGE REQUESTS

You should bring an official document from your advisor about your valid excuse (conflicting courses) to change your course section. Other requests will not be considered.

Registration Type: Please visit course coordinator assistants at specified places and time ranges below:

Regular students should add the course at registration week (February 16-18) using OIBS.

All irregular registrations will be done during the Add-Drop dates (March 2-6). Detailed schedule for irregular students will be announced later.
